The first time using felt a little weird, but I’ve used it a few times since. It does feel good while using and after. I do feel a little difference so far, so hopefully it keeps up!I use this device with serum for only 3 times and IT WORKS. My skin is looking amazing. It's tighter so less fine lines and my deeper lines are looking better as well. It's pretty amazing. I would recommend to my friends for sure!My wife used it 6 times and it quit working. There are many other devices like this that will give you what you pay for. She tried charging it for hours on end and it still won’t work. It is impossible to reach anyone in customer service, No contact number on their website and when she to send an email it blacks out the entire bar so nothing prints. Please do not waste your money on this one. There used to be hundreds of reviews on this device. One review in particular had the same problem. Too bad she didn’t take heed. Would have saved a lot of money. Hope someone out there is going to learn from her mistake. Don’t waste your money.
